Day 16 – Short term goals for this month and why



short term goals

Lead a healthy life and stay with it.

why?

Just want to make a change. Since I might inherit my father's diabetes (I really wish not to), I have to make a change from now onwards. Now I reduces the uses of coconut milk, excess oil and the is no more food that contain MSG in this house. 
100 times skipping per day. For a better heart.
