:: hari yang menggirangkan di dapur kampus ::

UNFOTUNATELY, this is my last day cooking at the kitchen as it is the last week of the semester. but FORTUNATELY, Mr. Wafi (my lecturer for this course) said we going to have a giant buffet as a closing ceremony to finish off the semester. What a major closing we had since we got to EAT EAT and EAT. ( diet mode : OFF) =.=

As i'm accompanied with my lovable station members Ain and Shiha, we cooked spaghetti bolognise as our signature dish. Mr Wafi keep reminding us to finish all the stuff and groceries that he bought because all of it was just for us and finish off EVERYTHING was not a problem AT ALL. :D

A B C STEPS MAKING CHAPATI


i'm so fortunate for having Food Preparation subject for this semester as one of my minor courses. Hope it's not to late for me to start sharing all the recipes here with you guys. Today, i'll start the sharing moment with the very first dish, Capathi and mouth watering Chicken Curry.



A. Knead the atta flour 
(120 g), ghee 
( 1 table spoon), warm water and salt until it become a dough. 




B. Place the dough in a container and cover with damp towel. Rest for at least 2
 hours or preferably overnight.



C. Divide the dough into small balls and roll it thin. Heat the pan with a little ghee and fry until golden brown. Wrap the chapathi with a damp cloth to prevent the chapthi from getting dry. It is delicious to serve with chicken curry or beef curry. nyum3~
