'sehari bersama rakan2 di studio kegembiraan'

FINALLY after renewing my passport, I managed to go to the Universal Studio Singapore (USS) with Wawa, Nabihah and Yah. Thanks to Azrizan for the info ^__ ^. It really helps a lot.

We left Yong Peng about 5.30 a.m. by car and arrived at the Tune Hotel at 8.00 a.m. It took such a long time to arrived because we had to get through the traffic jam. After that we quickly purchased the shuttle and USS tickets there. We were required to fill in the immigration form called, "White Card" which later to be handed to the officer. The shuttle organised by Odyssey Travel that departs daily from the hotel. This costs RM25 for return journey and $72 for the USS tickets without meal and hotel.

After waiting for almost 2 hours, we departed from the Tune Hotel and straight to the USS. We had to stop at two checkpoints. One in Malaysia and another one in Singapore. At the Singapore immigration checkpoint, we had to give them the passport and the white card that we already filled earlier. Another things happen here was the X-Ray scan on our belongings, and that's it. Time estimated for both checkpoints are vary depends on whether it is the peak hours or not. It might take 5-10 minutes during off-peaks and might take up to 1 hours during peak hours.

The first part is New York and Hollywood. The atmosphere was so great and colourful.

Next pit-stop --> Sci-Fi City

The main attraction of the USS will be the Battlestar Galactica Roller Coaster : HUMAN and CYLON.

Not brave enough to try the roller coaster... (=.=) On the other hand, the girls were so cool and they managed to hop on the Human Roller Coaster because they are human. haha xD

After that heroic ride, we moved on to the Ancient Egypt. Here I went for my first ride. =.= I was bold enough thinking it might be fun like "rumah hantu" but I was totally wrong. The ride is called The Revenge of The Mummy. The entrance is guarded by two huge Anubis figures.

I will never ever forget this ride forever. We're riding most of the time in the dark. We can't see what's waiting for us in front. Feel like I'm jumping or going down out of nowhere. Feel like committing suicide. +__+ The part that I'll never forget was when the coaster hit the dead-end wall where lots of beetle's scurrying in front and without warning, the coaster moves with high speed and goes into reverse, DOWNWARDS. Fortunately, we're in the last row. Please imagine how it feels. @_@

NEXT ! we went to The Lost World. Here we tried Park Rapids Adventure and it took almost 2 hours just to queue up. Once again, most of the time were in the pitch black place and so many surprises ahead. At the end of the boat ride, we got soaking wet ! ~_~

The 4D gateway 

The 4D show is awesome ! We need to wear 3D glasses to watch the 3D'ness and another D comes when you can feel the water splashing to your face, winds blowing and you can even experience riding a horse with shrek and donkey ! 

We felt so hungry and dehydrated, so we wanted to have a lunch. (although it's already 5.00 p.m. no wonder we were so hungry). After searching high and low, we managed to find a HALAL place to eat in Egypt.

It's already time to go home. Before we went to the bus, we took a quick pit-stop at the Hollywood Boulevard to purchase some merchandise. We went back to JB by the same bus. I've a very great time with them and we planned to visit USS again. Wawa will continue her next semester, Nabihah will also continue her master and Yah is going to work very soon. Hope this will be a wonderful experience for you too ^___^
